Relación entre las habilidades requeridas de los profesionales de maestrías en administración de negocios y las habilidades que requieren las empresas de los profesionales

El propósito de este estudio de investigación fue describir el grado de congruencia entre la percepción de la importancia de las habilidades que aprenden los profesionales ya egresados de las Maestrías de Administración y de Negocios en las universidades comparado con las preferencias que los empleadores requieren en sus empresas. Las preguntas de investigación están relacionadas a la comprensión de cinco habilidades de los profesionales aprendidas en una Maestría de Administración de Negocios las cuales demandan los administradores de las empresas y favorecen a la empresa, las cuales son: La competencia de las habilidades adquiridas de los profesionales, la eficacia interpersonal de las habilidades de los profesionales, la toma de decisiones de los profesionales, el deseo de la innovación para los profesionales y la mejora de la educación a los profesionales a través de las universidades y todas estas de acuerdo a la evaluación hecha por los administradores de las empresas encuestadas salieron calificadas en forma favorable.
