This research analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence on the transformation of future jobs and the optimization of administrative processes within an organization, specifically in complaint assignment. The central problem lies in the inefficiency of traditional methods, which generate errors, delays, and increased operational costs. Methodologically, the study was conducted under a descriptive and analytical approach, using a non-experimental and documentary design based on the review of specialized literature and organizational context analysis.
The results show that the implementation of artificial intelligence improves accuracy, reduces human error, and enhances decision-making processes, while also transforming the labor market by replacing routine tasks and creating new roles that require advanced technological skills. It is concluded that artificial intelligence does not eliminate employment but redefines it, representing a strategic tool for organizational efficiency, although its implementation requires workforce training and adaptation processes.
