Use of quality system as a solution in engineering

In recent years, an infinite number of management methods have been observed, which have been adapted to the needs of organizations; however, not all of them have an efficient application methodology. Recently, it has been observed that management models that are based on quality have had greater acceptance since their results have benefited entire countries. The Six Sigma model is based on a methodology that is based on process improvement, which is of great help to companies, thus improving their business processes. The objective of the present is to use the Six Sigma methodology in a logistics process of an automotive plant, which has not yet implemented said methodology and to observe the constant improvement changes that occur with the application of this methodology, the research methodology that will be used It is correlational since it will be used to measure achievement through the use of this methodology. Through the application of this Six Sigma process, the aim is to reduce costs, as well as better customer satisfaction
