Abstract

A diagnosis is made of the professional residence attended by students in a Higher Education Institution in the Northwest of Mexico, with the productive sectors through a Linkage Committee that includes the municipalities of Guasave, Salvador Alvarado, Angostura, Mocorito and Sinaloa de Leyva for the period 2021-2023, aimed at knowing and obtaining information from each of the areas or actors of the council in question about the benefits, needs or opportunities to rethink the commitments of their operation. The Gap Analysis Methodology (GAP) was implemented to evaluate the performance of the work carried out by the Council. The results obtained in this initial diagnosis show that less than 5% of the Professional Residency projects carried out in the North Central Zone (ZCN) of Sinaloa are channeled to the Liaison Council. As a result of the detection, the implementation of proactive and reactive indicators is established in each of the gaps detected, establishing an action plan for their measurement and evaluation in the short and medium term in response to the operation processes of the professional residence. Giving way to a second stage where the results before/after the Methodology are evaluated and recorded.
