A management model: experience of innovation in the training of engineers

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of production stoppages caused by various problems. In order to develop a project to document a scientifically-based proposal, a consultancy process was carried out for this plant. This project was developed through collaborative work integrating the expert in the analysis process and the Academic Body of Academic-Administrative Management of Higher Education Institutions in their relationship with the environment, analyzed the different guidelines of the process, carried out the pertinent research and designed strategies that made the improvement processes possible. The origin of these stoppages was identified, in order to solve them and implement actions that avoid the risk that they accumulate in the next monthly period. To carry out this project, various scientific methods were used such as analysis and synthesis, hypothetical-deductive, historical-logical and a survey, with the awareness of the importance of this, and measurement of the results obtained in order to improve indicators, with training being a decisive process for obtaining successful results.
