Implementation of a food product displacer mechanical system

We have developed the design, manufacturing, and implementation of a food product displacer. The displacer was manufactured of High-Density Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and food grade 304 stainless steel. In operation functions, the product displacer prevents the product from overlapping on the conveyor belt, directing it to a collection point. Its implementation allows products to be transported at a speed of 327 mpm, improving 3 times the efficiency in the normal operating cycle without a derailleur, reducing downtime and satisfying production needs.
