Communication and academic contingency

The problems presented by the study are related to the situation that organizations face in their organizational behavior in the face of a contingent situation and the impact that this produces on their internal audiences in an unexpected context. The Autonomous University of Nuevo León, an institution that provides upper and higher secondary education services to the community, was impelled to establish strategies for change in its substantial processes to continue supporting its mission. To know the impact, a qualitative study with a descriptive scope and an intrinsic case study research design was developed, whose premise indicates: The change generates qualitative and quantitative changes in the reality of the Institutions to continue surviving. The data collection techniques were the consultation of electronic and printed sources; the realization of four focus groups of 10 members each with students from the 6th. Organizational Communication Semester; In order to obtain findings, eight categories of analysis were used, contained in a script of their own construction, and that demonstrate the feeling, the task and the academic confrontation with new methods and sensations that they had never before faced in their immediate reality.
