The main objective of the study is how small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) impact on the organizational culture of Industry 4.0 on the competitiveness of SMEs to maintain in the market (Case of La Gamba tourist complex), since most of the time, these small companies always when investing in technology you think it is very expensive, in addition to implementing industry 4.0. It is an action that requires planning phases and does not require large investments.Therefore, it is necessary that there is an interaction between the different levels of management and operation of SMEs to identify the technology that can be applied in their production and administrative processes (eSemanal, 2018), as well as some of them, does not consider that the organizational culture, such as its values, mission, and vision, are a fundamental element for its growth and that in this way it will also generate a better image for your organization. This research was based on the SME La Gamba Tourist complex located in Lazaro Cárdenas, in which a diagnosis was made on the organizational culture and how industry 4.0 affects its work processes, as well as its structure, interpersonal relations and integration of personnel that help the management of resources through the use of new technologies that help and facilitate customer care and service processes so that the organization in this field is more competitive, helping them in their efficiency and innovation.
