In the present writing documents the implementation of the ISO 45001 standard was carried out in a water operator organization that had a high accident rate in recent years, in order to apply controls that would help reduce its recurrence. A schedule of the activities to be carried out was added, and the way it was developed, the results were positive and the reduction of time in the process activities decreased considerably.
