The problem addressed in this research is related to the communication and dissemination of messages related to safety and prevention in cases of risk that arise in the daily life of a Higher Education Institution and its academic community. The general objective that guides the study is: To determine if the safety and prevention messages located on the Faculty campus are sufficient and fulfill their function. The research carried out has a qualitative / quantitative cut, promoting mixed evaluation studies, has a descriptive scope and a descriptive nonexperimental transectional research design. The population is 3,200 subjects with a simple random sample of 149 subjects to be measured. The data collection techniques were the consultation in electronic and printed sources and the application of the survey with a questionnaire of own construction that measures the perception and behavior on the subject under study, based on the application of Likert scales to each of the items that evaluated the analysis categories.
