The objective of the study is to determine the impact of industry 4.0 on the organizational behavior of higher education institutions in Lazaro Cárdenas, and how this affects the behavior of the personnel working in these institutions. This research focused on the seven higher level institutions in students, teaching and administrative staff, with the purpose of visualizing that being renewed and applying new technologies improves the functioning in all processes and services offered by educational institutions of the Lazaro Cárdenas region producing important changes in the behavior of all involved as in the student better development of skills in their training, teachers implementation of new learning strategy but with the use of new technologies for the professional development of students and the administrative staff better service in the customer service that is the student. It is a correlational investigation to determine the impact that the management of Industry 4.0 has had on the staff of these educational institutions, for which a questionnaire was used as a tool to know the impact that this has had on students, teachers and administrative personnel in their performance be student, teacher and work
